Christmas Hangman

Christmas Hangman turns a classic word game into a Christmas word game winner.

Age: Adults and older children

No. of Players: 2 or more

Equipment:

Time: 5+ minutes

Aim: To guess the Christmas word before the 'Hangman' picture is completed.

1. The first player chooses a word relating to Christmas and draws a number of lines on the paper to match the number of letters in the word.

2. The remaining players take turns trying to guess the letters which make up the word.

3. If a letter is correct then that letter is written down on the matching lines. If it is incorrect then the first line of the picture is drawn. Click here for a diagram of the hangman game.

4. The game continues until either the word is correctly guessed or the picture is completed.

5. The player who correctly guesses the word has the next turn. If the word is not guessed before the picture is drawn then that player gets to choose another Christmas word.
