Word WiseAge: Adults and older children No. of players: 2 or more Equipment: None Time: 5 minutes+ Aim: The aim is to make a single word containing the letters of a registration plate. Word Wise is a more challenging game to play using car regisration plates. 1. Take the letters of the registration plate of the vehicle in front of you or of an oncoming car. 2. Ty to think of a word that contains the letters of the registration plate, ignoring any numbers. The word must contain all the letters in their correct order. 3. For example:
C-43-8E5-N could be “ChickEN” 4HP-51A could be “HosPitAl” 4. Each person scores one point for each letter of their word, so "flower" would score 6 points while "hospital" would score 8 points. The winner is the player with the highest total score after five registration plates. 5. Another round could be played immediately or another traveling game could be played with subsequent rounds played later. VARIATION: The winner for each round is the player with the lowest total score. More travel games:
