1. Preparation: On a large sheet of paper draw outlines of different fruit (such as apple, watermelon, banana, grapes, orange, strawberry, and so forth) - enough for each player in a team. Draw the identical picture on another large sheet of paper for each of the other teams. The sheets of paper can be laid out on a table at one end of the room.

2. Put players in two teams (or more if a large group). Teams line up at one end of the room behind the leader. The drawings are at the other end of the room. Give each team leader a box of crayons.

3. On the word "Go" the first player in each team runs to the opposite end of the room to where the drawings are and colors in one of the pieces of fruit, using the correct colors for that fruit. She then carries the box of crayons back to the team and passes them on to the next player. The first player goes to the back of the line. The second player runs to the sheet and colors in another piece of fruit. The game continues until all the pictures are colored in.

4. The winner of Fruit Colors is the first team to finish coloring all their pictures.

Variation: Each player can only carry one crayon to color in the sheet. Other players can carry other colors to complete any of the drawings during their turn. For example, the first player may take the red crayon and color in the apple, strawberry and watermelon. The second player can take the green crayon to color the leaves on the strawberry as well as the grapes, and so on. Players will need to co-ordinate the right colors to complete all the drawings.

Easter Variations - Basket of Eggs: Draw Easter eggs on the paper. Players must decorate the eggs with the crayons.
