Easter Wordsearch

This Easter Wordsearch page has word searches for all ages from the young beginner reader to experienced readers who enjoy a new challenge.

Time: 10+ minutes

Aim: To find all the hidden words in the wordsearch puzzle.

1. Preparation: Click on the links below to go to your free wordsearches, each with its own Easter flavour. Print out as many copies as you need of the Easter wordsearch of your choice. The answers are available with each wordsearch as well.

2. The hidden words may be written horizontally, vertically, or diagonally. They may also be written backwards or forwards. As you find a word mark off the letters.

Word Search #1 (Easy Level) - A very easy puzzle for beginner readers. There are eight simple words to find. The words are written forwards and downwards.

Word Search #2 (Easy/Medium Level) - This puzzle is slightly harder than puzzle # 1 with ten words to find. This puzzle is suitable for young readers using simple words which are written forwards and downwards.

Word Search #3 (Medium Level) - This puzzle is a little more challenging for the young reader with twelve words to locate. The words will be found forward, backward, horizontal, vertical and diagonal.

Word Search #4 (Medium/Hard Level) - Another fun and challenging puzzle with sixteen words written forwards, backwards, horizontal, vertical and diagonal.

Word Search #5 (Hard Level) - Enjoy this challenging puzzle with twenty six words written forwards, backwards, horizontal, vertical and diagonal. This puzzle will keep your young ones occupied for ages.

NOTE: The wordsearches are in PDF format and will need a pdf reader such as Adobe Reader, which is already installed on most computers. If you don't have a pdf reader installed, click here to download and install the latest version for free.
